Terms and Conditions
- Our contract will be in place when we confirm your booking by email or letter.
- A provisional reservation will be held for a maximum of 5 days until your deposit is received
and confirmed. - A non returnable deposit of 50% of the total is due at the time of booking
- The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday begins. No reminders will be sent.
- For a booking made within 6 weeks of your stay - the full amount is payable.
- We recommend Holiday Cancellation Insurance as refunds can only be made if we
are able to re-let the apartment. - Payment through Paypal, online Bank Transfer or by cheque made payable to Noddsdale Estate.
- Children 10 years and over are welcome.
- No smoking in either apartment.
- No pets.
