Lockdown news

15th June 2020

We have not been idle during these strange times. The ‘team’ (husband and daughter!) have been busy working on various parts of the Estate and have reinstated a seat up at the Dam. It is now made out of spare concrete slabs rather than the original wood. Everything had rotted and become totally overgrown, so it is fun to have it back, albeit in a different form! We have even had some appreciative comments from the locals who visit the Dam for their daily exercise.

Location incredible

Willow Cottage (Noddsdale) had everything needed for a carefree holiday/break in North Ayrshire. The cottage was equipped to the highest standard and just a couple of miles from Largs in an extremely picturesque location - ideal for exploring the coast and popping across to the islands.

Wonderful!

Faultless

What a wonderful and charming cottage! This truly is a cozy retreat, nestled just enough outside of largs to feel tranquil and yet close enough to walk into the town. It had an instant homely feel. The quality of furnishings and facilities is very good. It had everything we needed and then some. Settling down on a winter night with the log fire burning, was simply bliss. My family could easily have stayed longer. Jane was marvellous, making us feel welcome and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. So nice to have such an accommodating and approachable lady, who went that extra mile. Highly recommend
