Mid February already!

15th February 2022

Time waits for no one. Bookings are coming in thick and fast for Willow in particular. The Bell Loft has more availability.

The sofa and arm chairs in Willow will be replaced soon with a fabric which makes them easier to keep free of dog hairs! They get everywhere. We love dogs, but we also know that not everyone does, so this should help. Watch this space.

The Hydro is happy. It’s raining! Also great for the ducks on the Dam if not for everyone else! There have been four pairs of duck swimming on the Dam in recent weeks. I haven’t managed to get a good enough photo of them to post. There are deer around as well as pheasants. A hare was spotted last week. Snowdrops are out and looking beautiful. Soon the Spring flowers will be bursting out. The gardens will come alive with colour.

Enjoy the next month whatever the weather and get in touch if you have any questions!

What our guests say

Very comfortable apartment within an unusual and beautiful home. So clean, peace and quiet, lovely views and walks. So unusual . Just loved the place overall. Jane and her husband were particularly nice people. Noddsdale Estate is about a mile from the front of Largs - but well worth that extra mile. Definately will return whenever possible.

May 2023

We really enjoyed our stay at Willow Cottage. The Cottage is a very high standard and has everything you could possibly need on holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local area as there is lots to see and do. We also loved the local walks and enjoyed playing tennis on the courts. Many thanks to Jane and Chris for a great holiday, we hope to return for another visit!

Fantastic stay at Willow Cottage

What an excellent place to stay. Our host Jane was friendly and welcoming. Not only does the accommodation have everything you may need, it is also of a really high quality.
