Our much-loved tennis court, a treasured part of the Noddsdale experience, is getting spruced up with a fresh respray and paint job to ensure it’s in perfect condition for your stay at our self-catering accommodations!

What’s even better? Our tennis court is designed to be an all-weather gem, so you can enjoy a friendly match or two, come rain or shine. The stunning Ayrshire countryside provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable game, and our all-weather court ensures that nothing dampens your spirits or your tennis experience!

We can’t wait to see you at Noddsdale Estate this summer, surrounded by the beauty of the Ayrshire countryside and enjoying your time on our newly refreshed tennis court. Here’s to a season filled with laughter, friendship, and plenty of unforgettable matches!

What a wonderful and charming cottage! This truly is a cozy retreat, nestled just enough outside of largs to feel tranquil and yet close enough to walk into the town. It had an instant homely feel. The quality of furnishings and facilities is very good. It had everything we needed and then some. Settling down on a winter night with the log fire burning, was simply bliss. My family could easily have stayed longer. Jane was marvellous, making us feel welcome and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. So nice to have such an accommodating and approachable lady, who went that extra mile. Highly recommend

Wonderful find!

The apartment is relatively large, light and furnished to a high quality. There is ample space to store clothes and food. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, and it is clear that a lot of thought has gone into what guests might actually need. The views from the living room are lovely. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There are good walks nearby and it is an excellent base for exploring the region especially as as the Isles of Arran and Bute are near.

An outstanding property

After a tumultuous few months working in the NHS and our long planned for holiday cancelled, we found Willow cottage online and contacted Jane, the owner. The cottage is in a lovely setting with a gorgeous garden to enjoy the sun when it shines! Willow cottage is in a great location for exploring lots of nearby sights. The owners, Jane and Chris have thought of everything in terms of making this a home from home and the cleanliness and condition of the cottage were excellent. There were some lovely touches like flowers, milk and homemade shortbread when we arrived. Chris and Jane responded readily to any issues we had and went over and above to resolve them. The weather wasn’t always kind to us but they were! I would have no hesitation in recommending this place.
