What our guests say

Willow Cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. It’s in a super location, close to the town of Largs yet very peaceful. There’s excellent walking straight from the front door. We had a most relaxing week there and the lovely weather was a huge bonus. Jane made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back.

Octoboer 2020

Close to home, but a world away!

We had a lovely week at Willow Cottage. Everything within the cottage is comfortable and high end. The fully equipped kitchen was excellent. In particular I would like to mention the beds as many rentals fall down in this area, the beds were extremely comfortable. Walking from the cottage up through the glen leads to some breathtaking views and the walk into Largs is only about two miles. Thanks to Chris and Jane for being so hospitable.

Willow Cottage

We stayed for a week in Bell Loft on the Noddsdale Estate just a few mins outside of Largs. The accommodation was first class - warm, comfortable, high standard and so thoughtfully presented.

The Noddsdale Estate is just 5 mins drive from the centre of Largs with its ferry to Cumbrae and proximity to Arran, Bute and Glasgow. Lovely walks from the estate and two superb golf courses within a short drive. The owners could not have been more helpful and we even had access to their private tennis court. We highly recommend Bell Loft and as a family who had not been to Scotland before we had a wonderful time and hope to return.
