What our guests say

What a wonderful stay we had at Noddsdale Estate! Every aspect of our experience could not be bettered - from the friendliness and welcome of our hosts to the accommodation and its location. Even the weather worked in our favour, affording us a cosy day in by a log fire because of rough weather after we had enjoyed days of hill walking in sunshine. The fire was already laid for us in readiness! Thank you.

Lovely location for the loosening of the lockdown leash

Location incredible. Communication perfect. Beds exceptional. Warm and cosy. Perfect stay for us, thank you.

March 2022

Location incredible

After a tumultuous few months working in the NHS and our long planned for holiday cancelled, we found Willow cottage online and contacted Jane, the owner. The cottage is in a lovely setting with a gorgeous garden to enjoy the sun when it shines! Willow cottage is in a great location for exploring lots of nearby sights. The owners, Jane and Chris have thought of everything in terms of making this a home from home and the cleanliness and condition of the cottage were excellent. There were some lovely touches like flowers, milk and homemade shortbread when we arrived. Chris and Jane responded readily to any issues we had and went over and above to resolve them. The weather wasn’t always kind to us but they were! I would have no hesitation in recommending this place.
